We discovered that PNC can provide customized financial solutions even before clients ask. Unlike most other banks, they are not problem-solvers. They are proactive idea generators. So we simply suggested that being a trusted business advisor means operating in a much different way than other banks. How different? The existing English language seems inadequate to describe it. So, we had to make up some new words.  |
